This penthouse renovation included a separate guest suite for an artist-in-residence. The client has a vast collection of antique furnishings for which he requested flexible lighting for changing around the furniture and art displays. The same palette of marble and glass was used in all three bathrooms with a pale, cool cream color on the new cabinetry in the new kitchen, dining and living room area which open onto the terrace overlooking Greenwich Village.
